先要把电脑上复制一份 TFTP 服务器 和IOS  然后要把路由器和电脑做通！！！ 就是ping通。。。

ping 通之后，打开TFTP 服务器，， 在路由器上用 命令  copy  tftp  flash 下面按照提示  先输入 tftp地址，

在输入文件名，，

最后路由器会问你是不是擦除flash上的文件！！！ 

1. 192.168.105.105 ----IOS upgrade 拷贝---D:\2012\tools 粘贴   2.以太网线 连接路由器的AUI 口   （2500要转接头） 3.登上路由器  enable-----config t ---int e0---ip address 192.168.1.1    ----exit---exit 4  电脑上配ip:  网上邻居---本地连接---tcp/ip 双击---配上192.168.1.2---确定 5.  cmd --ping 192.168.1.1   通不通 6.  打开tftp 双击    7.  全局下 copy tftp flash 8.    Address or name of remote host [255.255.255.255]? 192.168.1.2 9.Destination file name [c2500-l.122-17.bin]?  enter 10. Erase flash device before writing? [confirm] 11. Flash contains files. Are you sure you want to erase? [confirm] 12.Copy 'c2500-l.122-17.bin' from server   as 'c2500-l.122-17.bin' into Flash WITH erase? [yes/no] yes
